RETURN & EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you can return the unused product within 14 days after the arrival of the goods.  Please follow the following instruction to return your purchased item.

1. Please send us an Email to support@cargo-works.com to get your RMA number.  Item shipped without an RMA number will be denied and returned to you. 
2. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an RMA number by EMAIL.  Please write the RMA number on top of the shipping package.  
3. You can select the carrier of your choice, but in any case, we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number for your return.  We do not cover the shipping cost of the return.  
4. Once we receive the package and ensure that the item is in new condition with all hang tag and original packaging intact, we will refund the cost back to the same credit card used for purchasing the item.  
5. All international orders and sales items are final.
